Body Armor & Carrier Limited Warranty

We've got your back. While most manufacturers offer limited coverage on textile components, we stand by our stitch work and materials long after the first wear.

2-Year Carrier Warranty:
Our vests are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects that impact functionality under normal use for two full years from the date of purchase. We lead the industry in this category because we know our carriers are built to last.

  • 5-Year Ballistic Panel Warranty:
    Your ballistic panels are covered by a five-year limited warranty, ensuring your core protection remains functional and reliable under normal use.
  • WarBird, at its option, will at no charge, repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price of product that does not conform to this warranty. This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada and extends to the first purchaser only and is not transferable.

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does NOT cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, cosmetic damage, or improper care and storage. This warranty is null and void if ballistic panels are used with any carrier that is produced by any manufacturer other than WarBird Protection Group, Inc.

Hearing Protection Limited Warranty

WarBird warrants electronic hearing protection products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for One (1) Year from the date of purchase. WarBird, at its option, will at no charge repair, replace or refund the purchase price of electronic hearing protection products that do not conform to this warranty. This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada and extends to the first purchaser only and is not transferable.

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does NOT cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, accident or neglect such as exposure to water, improper operation or alteration, cosmetic or surface damage, or accessories on which serial numbers or date tags have been altered.

Damages or defects resulting from service work performed by service centers not authorized by WarBird are not covered by this warranty.

Eyewear Limited Warranty

WarBird warrants eyewear against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for One (1) Year from the date of purchase. WarBird, at its option, will at no charge repair, replace or refund the purchase price of eyewear that does not conform to this warranty. This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada and extends to the first purchaser only and is not transferable.

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does NOT cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, accident or neglect, improper operation or alteration, or cosmetic or surface damage such as scratched lenses or accidentally broken frames.

Damages or defects resulting from service work performed by service centers not authorized by WarBird are not covered by this warranty.

How to Make a Claim

If your gear isn't performing up to our standards, we want to make it right. WarBird will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace it with a new unit, or refund the purchase price. Contact us at support@warbirdpro.com.
