The 30-Day Custom Fit Guarantee & Return Policy
From the date of purchase, you have 30 days to ensure the fit and quality are exactly what you need.
Free Alterations & Exchanges: If your armor doesn't fit right, we'll fix it or swap it out at no charge.
Free Returns: If you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return your "like-new" gear for a full refund.
To qualify for a free return or exchange, products must be in "like-new" condition with no sign of wear, and with all original tags, stickers, labels and packaging.. This means no sweat stains, odors, ballistic damage, or unauthorized modifications. Essentially, if you’d be happy receiving it, we’re happy taking it back. Just send it our way and cover the shipping to us. We'll pick up the tab when we send it back.
The Post-30 Day Body Armor Alteration
We know that bodies change and missions evolve. If you are outside of your initial 30-day window and find you need an alteration we offer a flat $100 service fee to alter your existing vest. No complex math—just one flat fee to get you back in the field comfortably.
Note: Returns and exchanges are not accepted after the initial 30-day post-purchase window.
The RMA Process
For all product alterations, exchanges and returns, WarBird must be contacted in advance for return authorization. All return requests must be made within 30-days of purchase. Returned products received without prior authorization will not be accepted. WarBird reserves the right to deny returns at its’ discretion.

Once submitted, a WarBird representative will review your request. If approved, you will receive an RMA Number and shipping instructions via email within 1–2 business days. Do not ship items until you receive your RMA number.
