POLARIZED LENSES
All WarBird glasses (except Photochromic lens models) feature polarized lenses to reduce glare and improve contrast by filtering out reflection of horizontal light waves.
- Reduce glare off of water, snow, and roads
- Improve contrast, which is the ability to distinguish between light and dark areas
- Reduced squinting, which can cause eye strain and headaches
- Improved depth perception improves distance judgment between objects
- Special film absorbs horizontal light, allowing vertical light waves to pass through
