Abdomen Width
Locate the midway point between the bottom of the sternum (A) and the navel (C). With a relaxed posture, measure around the entirety of the torso at the midpoint of the abdomen (B).
Torso Length
Sit in a chair with a comfortable posture and measure the distance (B) from the top of the sternum (A) to the top of the belt or waist band (C).
